Holistic Nurtured Sleep Consults
Responsive Sleep & Family Well-Being Consultations
Supporting children from birth onward—and the parents who love them.
Sleep isn't just about schedules. It's shaped by biology, development, relationships, and the nervous system. As a Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner, I offer sleep consultations that honor your child's development and your family's needs—no one-size-fits-all sleep training here. Instead, we'll figure out why sleep feels hard right now and build a plan that supports healthy sleep while protecting your relationship with your child.
I work with families from birth through the school years and beyond. Whether you're expecting your first baby, in the thick of toddler sleep, or navigating something new with an older child, we'll tailor the approach to your child's stage, your family's values, and what you're actually trying to achieve.
If you're dealing with sleep anxiety, nap confusion, a rough regression, or just too much conflicting advice, my goal is simple: help you feel informed, confident, and supported—while your whole family gets better rest.
My Approach
My work draws on attachment science, developmental neuroscience, and a holistic view of child development. Together, we'll look at the full picture:
Your child's developmental stage
Nervous system regulation
Temperament and sensory needs
Feeding and nutrition
Daily rhythms and sleep pressure
Parent-child attachment
Your family's values and goals
Well-being for both parent and child
Every child is different, and every family deserves support that reflects who they are—not a rigid program.
Support for Every Stage
Sleep changes as kids grow, and each stage brings its own questions. I help with:
Newborn sleep and responsive sleep foundations
Naps and age-appropriate sleep needs
Sleep anxiety—yours or your child's
Developmental transitions and regressions
Moving your child to a new sleep space, when you're ready
Responsive night weaning for toddlers 24 months and up
Sleep through the arrival of a new sibling
Caregiver sleep emergencies, when exhaustion has become too much
Bedtime routines and healthy habits at any age
Sleep support for older children with evolving needs
Whatever your child's age, I aim to give you practical, evidence-informed guidance that respects development, protects your relationship, and supports your whole family's well-being.
Repair After Sleep Training
Many parents come to me carrying guilt, grief, or lingering questions about a sleep training approach that didn't sit right—or a decision made under pressure, without enough support.
There is room for repair. Kids are resilient, and relationships are built from thousands of moments, not one decision. Together, we can work on rebuilding connection and confidence in a way that feels true to your family.
I also work with adults curious about how their own early sleep experiences—separation, sleep training, inconsistent nighttime care—may still shape their nervous system and relationships today. We can explore that history with compassion, while building new patterns of regulation, connection, and rest.
What Makes This Different
Most families feel stuck between "let them cry it out" and "just wait it out." I believe there's another way.
Healthy sleep is a developmental process, not just a behavior to fix. Instead of focusing only on changing what your child does, we look at the whole child and the whole family—so you get strategies that support sleep and your relationship, grounded in real evidence, not rigid rules.
Healthy sleep and secure attachment can grow together.
Is This Right for You?
This might be a good fit if you:
Want a gentler alternative to traditional sleep training
Value attachment-based, relationship-centered parenting
Want evidence-informed guidance without rigid rules
Feel overwhelmed by conflicting sleep advice
Are navigating a major sleep transition
Want a plan built around your child's temperament and your family's goals
Want support for your child's sleep and your own well-being
What You'll Receive
We'll dig into your child's sleep history, current routines, developmental stage, nervous system needs, and your goals—then build a personalized plan that's practical and responsive to your family.
Whatever we're working on—everyday sleep struggles, a big transition, repair after a hard experience, or recovering from chronic sleep deprivation—my hope is that you leave feeling informed, confident, and supported.
My goal isn't just better sleep for your child. It's more rest, more confidence, and stronger connection for your whole family.
