Pregnancy Dialogues

Pregnancy Dialogues™

A small circle of support — for you, your partner, and the baby you're getting to know

You're carrying more than a baby. You're carrying questions.

Questions about the family you came from, and the one you're building. About whether your relationship can hold this next chapter. About whether you'll know how to hear your baby—really hear them—once they arrive.

Most prenatal classes prepare you for labor. Almost none prepare you for connection: sitting with the parts of your own story surfacing right now, learning to actually talk with your partner about the family patterns you don't want to repeat, recognizing that your baby is already listening, already responding, already in relationship with you—months before you meet face to face.

Pregnancy Dialogues™ is a small-group program built around exactly that: honest, reflective conversation and simple, embodied practices that help you build attachment with your baby before birth, while easing the emotional and relational load pregnancy brings up.

This isn't a lecture. It's a circle—4 to 6 mothers or gestational parents, held by a trained facilitator, meeting to talk through what's really on your mind.

How It Works

Six sessions, small and intimate by design—just 4 to 6 expecting parents per circle, guided by a certified Pregnancy Dialogues™ Facilitator.

Each session weaves together:

  • Reflective discussion on family dynamics, partner relationships, and infant attachment, tailored to where you are in pregnancy

  • A grounding breathing practice

  • A bonding song, used consistently so your baby starts to recognize your voice

  • Practices to notice and respond to your baby's movements, turning kicks and shifts into an ongoing dialogue

  • Simple activities to try with your partner between sessions

What This Creates

A place of safety, trust, and real support—not performance. Room to say the harder things: the fear, the ambivalence, the old family patterns you're trying not to pass down. Alongside that, a growing, felt connection with the baby who's already in relationship with you.

Developed within the framework of prenatal and perinatal psychology, Pregnancy Dialogues™ has supported hundreds of mothers and partners building this kind of connection, with encouraging results for both maternal well-being and physiological birth outcomes.

Who This Circle Is For

  • You want more than information—you want a space to actually process this transition

  • You're curious what it means to already be in relationship with your baby, before birth

  • You want tools to bring your partner into this connection too, not just navigate it alone

  • You're looking for a small, safe group, not a large class

What You'll Walk Away With

A felt sense of connection with your baby that started before their first breath. A stronger, more honest line of communication with your partner. And a circle of other parents who sat with the same questions, at the same time, alongside you.

Ready to build this connection before your baby arrives?
