Nurtured Pregnancy Circles
A 12-week journey into Nurture Neuroscience — for the mother you're becoming
You want to give your baby the best start. But no one gave you the map.
Maybe you grew up in a home where love was there, but nurture wasn't quite fluent—where feelings got managed more than met. Maybe the parenting you know is behavior-based: reward the good, correct the bad, don't overthink the rest. Now you're pregnant, reading everything, trying to prepare—but underneath the research and the registry, there's a quieter question:
How do I nurture a baby when I'm not sure I was fully nurtured myself?
You're not behind, and you're not broken. You're just working from a blueprint that was never built for this kind of connection—and that blueprint can change.
Nurtured Pregnancy Circles is a 12-week guided group experience rooted in Nurture Neuroscience: the science of how safety, attunement, and co-regulation physically shape a developing brain—both your baby's and your own. This isn't parenting theory. It's a felt, embodied shift, built in community, before your baby ever arrives.
By the time your circle ends, you won't just know more about babies. You'll feel more connected—to the baby growing inside you, and to the parts of yourself that are growing too.
Grounded in the science behind The Nurture Revolution by Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, this circle rests on a simple truth: bonding starts before birth. Your baby's brain—and yours—is already developing in powerful ways during pregnancy. The nurture you offer now helps lay the foundation for emotional security, resilience, and lifelong wellness for you both.
How It Works
Twelve weekly, 90-minute sessions. One guiding practitioner. A small circle of other expecting mothers walking the same road.
Each session includes:
A nourishing practice, just for you
A practice to connect with your baby
A new, research-backed topic
Space to share, ask questions, and be met with support
What you get:
A knowledgeable guide for your questions about your baby—and about yourself
A new topic and a new nurture practice every week
Real peer support from other pregnant mothers in your circle
The 12-Week Circle
Week 1 — Infant Brain Development How your baby's brain is actually built, and why connection—not correction—is the foundation from day one.
Week 2 — Parent Brain Development Your brain is changing too. The neuroscience of matrescence and how becoming a parent reshapes you from the inside out.
Week 3 — Nurtured Presence Something more powerful than perfect technique: your regulated, attuned presence.
Week 4 — Nurtured Empathy Reading and responding to your baby's inner world—building the empathic attunement that becomes their emotional home base.
Week 5 — Baby Chats How "serve and return" communication with your baby, long before words, builds language, trust, and connection.
Week 6 — Emotions and Needs Seeing behavior as communication, so you can meet the need beneath the need—in your baby, and in yourself.
Week 7 — Nurturing Infant Stress Your baby's stress response system, and how your calm becomes their co-regulation—their first lesson in feeling safe.
Week 8 — Growing Space Creating physical and emotional space that supports exploration, autonomy, and secure attachment.
Week 9 — Nurtured Infant Sleep Sleep through a nurture lens—working with your baby's biology and attachment needs, not against them.
Week 10 — Ambivalence: Holding Two Feelings at Once Permission to love this transition and grieve parts of your old life at the same time. Both are true. Neither disqualifies you.
Week 11 — Intuition and Interoception Rebuilding trust in your body's signals—the quiet, wise information your nervous system has been sending all along.
Week 12 — Evoking Self-Compassion and Awe Closing the circle by turning the nurture you've been learning to give your baby back toward yourself.
Who This Circle Is For
You want to parent differently than you were parented, but aren't sure how to start
You feel anxious about "getting it right" and want less pressure, more grounded understanding
You're drawn to attachment-based, neuroscience-informed parenting rather than rigid systems
You want community—other expecting parents doing this same inner work alongside you
What You'll Walk Away With
A nervous system that knows, not just a mind that knows. A felt sense of what attunement, co-regulation, and nurture actually feel like—so when your baby arrives, you're not starting from a manual. You're starting from a map you helped build yourself.
